Made in USA. This Power Steering Adapter Kit fits (1979-'07Mustang II) power racks with 14MM - 1.5 and 16MM - 1.5 ports. These adapters include crush washers and Teflon o-ring seals to seal the adapter to the rack. A machined or spot-faced surface approximately .120" wide is required around the opening of the ports to ensure a positive seal, Crush washers and Teflon o-rings can be removed for applications where the ports contain inverted flare cones. Steel adapters are coated with our proprietary Pure Stealth ceramic coating. While it is extremely durable, it is possible to scratch it. Care should be taken during installation to prevent damage.
