These unique Pure Stealth Heater Hose Fittings are designed to be crimped on to our Pure Stealth Braided 5/8 Heater Hose or standard 5/8 heater hose, These crimp-on fittings do not work with molded heater hoses. Using this crimp-on fitting for 5/8 heater hoses eliminates the need for an unsightly hose clamp and improves visual consistency between heater hoses and A/C hoses.

Pure Stealth #10 O-Ring Beadlock Heater Hose Fittings are coated with our proprietary ceramic coating that is engineered to withstand the crimping process. The coating is extremely durable but it can be scratched. Care should be taken during the crimping and installation process to prevent damaging the coating.

Measure and cut your Pure Stealth Braided 5/8 Heater Hose or standard 5/8 heater hose to the correct length. Slide the Pure Stealth Beadlock Heater Hose Fitting onto the hose until it bottoms out in the crimp collar. Clock or index the fitting so that it is oriented in the appropriate direction. Cut the supplied crimping strip to length so that it wraps all of the way around around the crimp barrel of your fitting and secure it with a short length of masking tape.

Using #10 standard barrier crimping dies, center the crimp barrel in the dies and fully execute the crimping process.

Remove the crimped fitting from the crimper and remove the crimping cloth. Lubricate the O-ring and the threads on the fitting and your hose is ready for installation.
