There are various ways to set up plumbing for a transmission cooler, it can be plumb with hard line (tubing) or flex line (hose), or a combination of both. Listed below are various PURE Choice Motorsports designed -6 AN Fittings to adapt to transmissions, along with complete hose kits. Always check the threads in the case and the sealing surface if you are replacing the original fittings  If you do not see what you are looking for give us a call .(Note:: When looking at the stock fittings to check thread size make note of what port they came from, you may notice a extended tip on 1 of the fittings, Theses fittings will not work on the port that requires the extended fitting.
